By accessing or using the Built Differently platform, including any products, services, or assessments made available through this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Permitted Use
This website is provided for lawful personal and professional development purposes. You are permitted to complete assessments for your own development, submit inquiries, and download authorized materials (such as the Athlete Authorization Form).
3. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Automated scraping or data extraction of our methodology or text
- Using any site content to train AI models or machine learning systems
- Reverse engineering the scoring logic of Built Differently assessments
- Commercial resale of assessment results or reports
4. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, product names (DNA Scan™, DNA Index™, etc.), and diagnostic frameworks are the exclusive property of Built Differently, Inc.
5. Assessment Terms
Built Differently assessments are educational coaching tools. They are not clinical psychological evaluations or medical diagnoses. Results are intended for professional development only and should not be used as the sole basis for clinical or medical decisions.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
The DNA Membership is a recurring subscription. You authorize Built Differently, Inc. to charge your payment method monthly. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges, though cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
7. Minor Participants
For minor participants (ages 13-17) in our athlete vertical, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before any participation begins. We do not collect information from children under 13.
8. Limitation of Liability
Built Differently, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on assessment results.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
